The 5-Day Skin Care Trial Study is designed for those who can’t schedule a full facial but still want to experience the Mary Kay difference! Each participant receives a 5-day supply of customized skincare samples along with clear, easy-to-follow instructions for morning and evening use.
You’ll connect breidly each day – by text, message or call – to answer questions, cheer them on, and build genuine relationships as they experience visible results.
At the end of the 5 days, if they love how their skin looks and feels, they’ll be invited to purchase their full-size skincare system at a special 15% savings as a thank-you for completing the study.
THE GOAL: create confident, happy new customers who’ve felt the Mary Kay glow for themselves – no appointment required.

Begin with a list!
Skin care trials allow you to share our products with no limitations of geography or time! Begin with make a long list of just abut any woman you can think of who has skin! Some of my best sales have come from customers who are not already on skin care and even people I’m connected to on social media, but I don’t necessarily have a lot of contact with. Be creative and don’t stop until you have at least 50 names then KEEP GOING!

The easiest way to do this is by placing Customer Delivery Service Orders for each trial participant. What Consultants found is that though this represents an initial cost that might seem high per person, the convenience and flexibility make this a worthwhile investment.
I find it’s easiest to enter the contact information as a new customer (or select her record if already enrolled) on InTouch. You will then create an order for a five-day supply of skin care for each participant that will include one regimen and a couple of supplements. Each CDS order allows for two free samples, so we’ll order the most expensive sample to be free!
There are several easy ways to provide your participants with their 5-day Skin Care Trial sets!
Many consultants find it simplest to place Customer Delivery Service (CDS) orders for each participant, since it ships directly to them and includes free samples – making it quick, convenient and beautifully packaged. Others prefer to use their own on-hand samples to personally deliver or mail. (Use full size of the products (5-day set that includes one skincare regimen and a couple of supplements) and disperse into poly con containers which you can grab from Amazon. Either way works – choose the option that best fits your business style and budget. REMEMBER if using the CDS orders, it allows two free samples so take advantage of that by selecting the higher-value options! ie–the charcoal mask,(MK Skin Care) micro-derm, (Miracle Set) radiance facial peel (TWR)
IN THIS SAMPLE ORDER THE TAX IS CALCULATED AT 9%…YOU WOULD ADJST THE AMOUNT APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR STATE TAXES.

The products are very concentrated…a little goes a long way! You can probably get 2 uses our of each sample…am/pm. PRO TIP: use a straight pin or safety pin (that’s alcohol swabbed so it’s sterile) to stick in the samples to squeeze it out instead of tearing sample open.

Just a reminder tomorrow is Day 2…Revealing Radiance Facial Peel day! AM or PM is fabulous.
After cleansing and lightly patting skin dry, lightly apply the facial peel avoiding the area around the eyes. No need to work it in – it sets up on top of the skin. Leave on 10-20 min. You may feel it tingle as it starts to work. Rinse thoroughly. Follow-up with lifting serum, day or night cream and eye cream.
MARY KAY SKIN CARE REGIMEN CUSTOMER

Just a reminder tomorrow is Charcoal Mask day! AM or PM is fabulous.
After cleansing and lightly patting skin dry, apply a thin layer of the Charcoal Mask to your face, leaving out your eyes an dlip area. Allow to set for 20 minutes and then rinse off.
Normally, you’d do toner next, but we don’t have a sample of that step…Follow with moisturizer.
